Videorama

One of the first video stores in Portland, Videorama has supplied the video-hungry holed up on (ubiquitous) rainy days since 1984. I can only speak for the Alberta location, but it’s incredibly well-stocked and has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quite refreshing after dealing with the highschool flunkies you find at Blockbuster and Hollywood. Besides, you support a local Portland business who gives to local charities and reinvests in the community. New releases are $3.50 and oldies are $2.50 for 5 days.
