SCRAP is an acronym of “The School and Community Reuse Action Project”. They collect reusable items from businesses and donations and distribute them to educators, artists, families and kids for low-to-no cost. SCRAP is an awesome place to find neat supplies for all sorts of projects. The inventory is constantly changing. You might find fabric, paper, wire, tile, sticker vinyl, office supplies or any other miscellaneous treasures. They also host workshops and have an area set aside for workspace for people to create in shop. Big bonus for the friendly knowledgeable staff! And there are volunteer opportunities if you are interested.
