Daily is a unique amalgam of coffee shop, restaurant, and neighborhood market. They serve up some fine breakfast and other meal options (though the don’t serve breakfast all day) with decent veggie options if you’re in the mood for a sit-down meal. Or, if you’re just in the mood for espresso with a scone (and they make the best scones in town!), they’ll do that as well. And the market is great for when you forgot an item or two from the grocery store but don’t want to run back and want better quality than the crap found at a standard convenience store. (Good beer selection, too!) This is the type of place that should be found in all of Portland’s neighborhoods.
