Northwest Portland’s infamous late-night coffeehouse (usually open til 3am). Rare is the moment you’ll find this place empty of people, as this place is an epicenter of “cool” kids, armchair philosophers, artists, chess players, and the Ambercrombie set. Their coffee prices are a bit steep. Either people really like Coffee Time or really don’t like Coffee Time, so be forewarned! Free wifi.
