Portland’s most centrally located hostel, located in the heart of the Northwest Neighborhood. The hostel is housed in three restored turn-of-the-century historic buildings . Free pastries and bread. Kitchen, lockers, laundry, bike rentals, and Internet are available. Helpful and friendly staff and great information on things to see and do. Dorm rate: $17–22 (higher rates in summer), private room rate: $36–69 (depending on room and season), plus lodging tax and a $3 fee for non-Hostelling International members. Open all year with 24-hour access. Reservations are advisable at all times. Reservations accepted by phone, mail, fax, and e-mail.
