The Shanghai Tunnels of Portland

Not quite a museum, yet, but this experience is full of artifacts, dark tunnels, and story telling that will transport you back to the early days of Portland, say 1890s. When after a drink in the tavern, you could wake up on a ship heading out into the Pacific Ocean. The “Shanghaiing’ which involved drugged drinks, trap doors, and tunnels to the Willamette was a way of life to get cheap labor up until 1915.
