The Moreland has been in continuous operation since its opening in 1926. keeping the same name through its 78 year history. Unlike most of the city’s classic theaters still in operation, the Moreland has retained its single screen and still shows first-run Hollywood cinema fare (the Roseway is the other theater to do the same). The interior and exterior have been preserved, retaining the look and feel of a Deco era cinema. Come to the Moreland to see a flick and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time!
