Highly reccommended!! Delectable food paired with superb service. Also, probably the cleanest restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. It is a great place for a romantic dinner! It is also a good meeting place for business dinners. It can accommodate very large gatherings too. This is our families’ favorite restaurant in Portland and we make at least one visit with every out-of-town guest we host. Add to its pleasures the reasonable prices of entrees and the exceptional teas, smoothies, shakes, and desserts. [One note of caution, we always find ourselves over-spending because of the beverages and desserts.] If you’ve ever taken grief for being a vegetarian, bring your critics to Bay Leaf and they will understand the power of good, healthy, humane food.
