By the same friendly folks who brought us Los Gorditos on SE 50th and Division, but now 100% VEGAN! Authentic Mexican food, not made by hippies! Get soy cheese and sour cream instead of the milk derived stuff, plus choice meat replacement options like soyrizo and tofu. Their vegan burrito ($4.50—$5) can’t be beat, but be sure to try their other great offerings, like their enchiladas and empanadas rellenas. And this food truck is on a popular bike route next to a popular bike shop? Portland just keeps on getting better and better!

2512 SE 12th Avenue Portland, Or 97202 is the actual address if anyone is confused with the location at all.

This is a lovely down to earth-real-true Mexican cuisine that also offers vegan/vegetarian options. The staff was friendly plus the owners (even if they do not speak English quite well). Decent prices + yummy big dishes! My favourites(only vegan) are definitely the tamale, burrito with soy curls, and finally the empanadas with vegan cheese/side of yummy tofu. It's a very yummy Mexican restaurant.

The major con is is that they do not open at 7am exactly. They usually open around 9am, prepare the dishes a little after 9am.
